Before submitting your order, please double-check your shipping and contact information. Once placed, we may be unable to amend your order.

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not confirm acceptance. Your order is only accepted once it has been dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including:

Product no longer available or sold out

Payment cannot be authorised or verified

Order flagged by fraud detection systems

Pricing or product description errors

Inability to deliver to the address provided

Suspected resale or commercial use without agreement

All orders are subject to availability.

From time to time, we may offer pre-orders for upcoming drops. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Estimated dispatch dates will be provided, but delays can occasionally occur due to production or shipping circumstances. If significant delays arise, you will be notified via email.

We aim to be as accurate as possible in describing our garments. However:

• Colour and fabric finishes may vary slightly due to screen differences and the handcrafted nature of certain items

• All sizes are approximate and for guidance only

• Imagery is for illustrative purposes

We do not guarantee that all product descriptions are free of error, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without notice.

All prices are shown in Euro (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are securely processed and subject to authorisation and fraud checks.

If a pricing or payment error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment received.

We ship across the EU and UK using trusted couriers such as DPD. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please allow for extended timeframes during busy periods or in case of delays outside our control.

Important Notes:

• Delivery requires a signature or secure delivery location

• We do not ship to PO Boxes

• Customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT incurred outside of Ireland

• Parcels may be opened by customs for inspection

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, redelivery fees may apply.

Ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery. The risk in the goods transfers at the same time, once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you would like to return a full-price item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

• All original tags, packaging, and garment bags must be intact

• Returns must be approved in advance by emailing returns@mastiffdistrict.com

We offer free shipping as part of our garment pricing. If you return an item, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost that we absorbed.

However, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

As a growing independent label, we’re unable to cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind or non-fault returns. We appreciate your understanding and recommend using a tracked, insured service.

If your return is due to a fault or issue with the product, we will cover your return shipping costs — simply contact us first.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving it — ideally within 48 hours — so we can resolve it quickly.

Please email returns@mastiffdistrict.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

This does not affect your rights under EU consumer protection law.

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the website or products, including business disruption, data loss, or financial loss. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU law.

If a parcel is returned due to being unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, re-delivery costs will apply. Refunds (where issued) will exclude original delivery costs and any fees incurred during return.

All content on www.mastiffdistrict.com, including images, text, graphics, design, and branding, is the property of Mastiff and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
